Waterproofing geomembrane of HDPE Manufacturers

Composite geomembrane is a composite impermeable material, woven or non-woven fabric is used as reinforcement material, and polyethylene is used as impermeable material. Most of the materials are one cloth and one film, and two cloth and one film. Laying impermeable membrane procedure: When laying the impermeable membrane, please make sure that there is no gap in the corner. If there are gaps, they should be filled in time during construction, and the laying order should be determined according to the specific conditions of the moisture content of the laying site. If there are pores, the air should be vented at the air bubble, and the anti-permeable membrane at the vent should be cleaned for subsidies.

Composite geomembrane has been purchased for a whole day, how can we repair the damaged image at this time?

Many users generally ask some manufacturers early when purchasing composite geomembrane.

When we choose farmland anti-seepage materials, we usually use relatively single anti-seepage materials such as rockfill and concrete. However, the choice of this material cannot achieve the effect of farmland anti-seepage work as expected, and its durability is relatively poor. However, in recent years, China has also made new developments in the development of impermeable materials, and a new impermeable composite material-waterproof geotextile has emerged.

In order to effectively improve the construction quality of composite geomembrane, construction quality management is required, and quality management is generally guaranteed from two aspects. One is to ensure the quality of raw materials, and the other is to ensure the quality of the construction process.

HDPE geomembrane, also known as high-density polyethylene film, is produced with high crystallinity, non-polar medium (high) density polyethylene thermoplastic resin as raw material, with a density of 0.94g/cm3 or higher.
