Composite geomembrane is a composite impermeable material, woven or non-woven fabric is used as reinforcement material, and polyethylene is used as impermeable material. Most of the materials are one cloth and one film, and two cloth and one film. Laying impermeable membrane procedure: When laying the impermeable membrane, please make sure that there is no gap in the corner. If there are gaps, they should be filled in time during construction, and the laying order should be determined according to the specific conditions of the moisture content of the laying site. If there are pores, the air should be vented at the air bubble, and the anti-permeable membrane at the vent should be cleaned for subsidies.
The anti-seepage membrane is laid perpendicular to the direction of the dam foundation, and the joint is determined according to the situation, but the joint should be staggered by 500~1000mm. When laying the impermeable film, please avoid places where the lap joints and riveting rings are difficult to bond, such as the corner "slip grooves", and the lap joints should stay away from the corners and non-slip grooves. Please control the joints of 1m or more and the same section within 50%. In the initial stage, the impermeable membrane at the bottom of the reservoir was laid vertically and the inclined plane was also laid vertically. The impermeable membrane must be laid from downhill to uphill. When connecting the impermeable film, please leave a certain margin, do not stretch the impermeable film, and ensure that the width of the surrounding cling film is not warped. Before laying the impermeable membrane, confirm that the laying surface meets the design requirements and meets the quality and safety requirements.
