Geomembrane

What are the advantages of 1.0mm hdpe geomembrane

2020-04-25
The anti-ultraviolet 1.0 megohm geomembrane is mainly composed of 97.5% high-density hdpe, about 2.5% carbon black, anti-aging agent, Yang Kang agent, ultraviolet light adsorbent, stabilizer and other auxiliary materials. It is made according to a unique preparation and 3-layer co-extrusion process. It has excellent chemical resistance, ultraviolet light resistance, high strength, durability and resistance to stress fracture. The high-density hdpe geomembrane has greater flexibility, can withstand large uneven settlements, is most suitable for high abrasion, and is exposed to harsh liquid and unshielded applications.

The high-density hdpe geomembrane with acid and alkali resistance of 1.0 mm is also called high-density hdpe impermeable membrane (or high-density hdpe impermeable membrane). The HDPE primary resin (with high-density hdpe as the main component) is added with a corresponding proportion of carbon black masterbatch, anti-aging agent, Yang Kang agent, ultraviolet light adsorbent, stabilizer, etc. It is blow molded according to single-layer, double-layer and 3-layer co-extrusion procedures. The product quality is selected by the testing standards of the American Society for Testing of Raw Materials, which meets the requirements of the actual US GRI standards.

The 1.0 million-percent geomembrane of Shichang biogas slurry tank is mainly composed of 97.5% high-density hdpe, about 2.5% carbon black, anti-aging agent, Yang Kang agent, ultraviolet light adsorbent, stabilizer and other auxiliary materials. It is made according to a unique preparation and 3-layer co-extrusion process. It has excellent chemical resistance, ultraviolet light resistance, high strength, durability and resistance to stress fracture. High-density hdpe impermeable membranes have greater flexibility, can withstand large uneven settlements, are most suitable for high wear and tear, and are exposed to harsh liquid and unshielded applications.
The 1.0 millimole hdpe geomembrane is made of about 97.5% high-quality hdpe, 2.5% carbon black, trace amounts of Yang Kang agent and heat stabilizer. The rough skin is the result of a unique type of co-extrusion process, which is produced according to one-step molding. The highest effective stress given by the coarse HDPE geomembrane has the important feature of increasing the slope stability of the data. Therefore, the ultimate goal is to maximize the applicable volume of high-density hdpe geomembrane.
