Polyester stitchbond nonwoven fabric is a versatile footwear material developed for shoe manufacturers requiring reliable reinforcement, dimensional stability and consistent processing performance.
The stitchbond structure combines fiber web reinforcement with stitched bonding technology, creating a stable fabric structure that supports cutting, sewing, lamination and molding processes.
Used as shoe lining, upper reinforcement, insole support layer and internal structural material, the fabric helps improve shoe shape retention, enhance durability and provide balanced softness and support.
Compared with traditional textile reinforcement materials, polyester stitchbond nonwoven offers lightweight construction, good tear resistance and excellent compatibility with adhesives and laminating processes.
